Exchange policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 3-day Exchange Policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange with Shadiva Treasures.

To initiate an exchange, you must contact us at shadivatreasures@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will provide detail instructions.
